Lake Tahoe doesn’t have its own major airport, but it's easily accessible through nearby cities in both California and Nevada. Here is the best airport option:

• Closest airport to South Lake Tahoe (approx. 1 hr drive)

• Located in Reno, NV

• Most convenient option with rental cars, rideshare, and shuttles available

• Major carriers: Southwest, American, United, Delta, Alaska

🚘 Ground Transportation Tips

• Rental Cars are the most flexible option and available listed airport.

• Shuttle Services from RNO operate regularly

• Rideshare (Uber/Lyft) are available but may have limited availability near Tahoe
